Create a Report (NOTE: You must create and save a report
before adding recievers)

  1. Go to Reports
  2. Click Insert New Item at the bottom of the page
  3. Name the Report
  4. Add a SearchExpression on item name, content or Tags
  5. Click Insert

Add recievers to Report

  1. Click Edit to the left of the reports
  2. Add e-mail address or SMS number (e.g. UK: 0044xxxxxxxxxx)
  3. Set date and time for next delivery
  4. Set intervall in minutes (see table below)
  5. Click Add
  6. Repete 1-5 to add more recievers
  7. Click Update

Edit Report

  1. Click Edit to the left of the reports
  2. Click the Edit button
  3. Edit the record
  4. Click the Update button
  5. Click update
